I have seen this happen firsthand:<br />1) Teachers using a Smartboard as an extra whiteboard<br />2) Technology coordinators not allowing use of technology because it might be damaged<br />3) Staff that didn't know technology was in the building because of lack of training.<br />Techno-phobes must either retire or learn to embrace technology.
